My dad, who has seen all the incarnations of Bond in action, says Daniel Craig looks and acts more like a Bond villain than Bond himself. :p Hanks read a newspaper article that described Craig as having a "lived-in" face. That's just a polite term for OLD. I still say he's too ugly to play 007, and no amount of acting talent in the world can compensate for that.
I agree with you completely. He IS too ugly to play 007...and if only for that, I refuse to watch Casino Royale.

Ria: Finally, someone who also chose to boycott the movie! Unless the next Craig-as-Bond flick stars some seriously hot supporting actors, I have no motivation to step inside the cinema.

And yes, I must admit, while I was watching the movie, the thought that kept on popping was 'If only Daniel Craig looked better'...
All in all it was ok. Lots of action! And Eva Green... WOW!!! An amazing beauty! Grabe... She's soooooooooo beautiful.
I guess, to a non-bond fanatic like me, the movie was not as sacrilegious as I thought it would be... ;-) But then again, as to what is sacrilegious is really subjective... Right, ling? :-)
Nope, I'm not even the tiniest bit curious. I also don't find Eva Green that attractive, so even if I were a guy (or gay, or bi), there's really nothing in it for me. :p
